The remodel involves transforming a one-family residence,  a triplex with three bedrooms and three bathrooms into an architectural artifact showcasing its signature features. It showcases a steep roof design for its main seating area, which offers an elevated view of the neighborhood. The primary goal of this project is to highlight the robust truss structure of the main roof while also enhancing the interior to promote a greater sense of transparency between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
