The Singley family bought a ski cabin for their winter retreats at Soda Springs along the Tahoe River. Overwhelmed by all the family and friends that wanted to visit, they seek an addition and a slight remodel to the existing feature. After having multiple one-on-one design sessions, they agreed on having a huge deck to accommodate a lot of gatherings without compromising the exquisite view from their cabin.

Bitarchitects helped with all the necessary architectural design, and construction documentation to accommodate the severe weather of the area.

The result was an architectural landmark.
