Ice cream and beer is not a usual mix and this is how Mr. Dallas is everything but conventional! He admires his city and wants to innovate to drive more people to Auburn’s city center. His boutique ice-cream beer shop is a simulation of a yeti hut in the mountains, with different levels of seating and experiences. Bitarchitects came to help him translate his unconventionalism into an actual caffe serving beer and ice cream. The team helped with all the required documentation from plans, equipment, sanitation and ADA requirements for him to obtain the permits. (they received the permit in 2 weeks).  The project got the newspaper’s attention and was published in the local news denoting its innovative aspect.
