Bitarchitects, is proud to announce that its founder and managing partner, Terry Bitar, has been selected for recognition by the American Lebanese Engineering Society (ALES). This prestigious honor acknowledges Bitar’s remarkable leadership and the exceptional achievements of Bitarchitects in establishing a robust foundation within the architectural community.

Since its inception, Bitarchitects has demonstrated resilience and determination, overcoming challenges such as the Beirut blast to emerge as a symbol of strength and innovation. From humble beginnings, the firm has grown to encompass a diverse team of 14 architects and engineers, alongside various professionals, contractors, and a seven-person advisory board. This recognition from ALES serves as a testament to the collective efforts and dedication of the entire Bitarchitects team.

In addition to celebrating this honor, Bitarchitects is thrilled to announce the launch of the Terry Bitar Scholarship. This annual scholarship is dedicated to supporting young architects in Lebanon who are facing financial difficulties. The scholarship aims to empower and uplift aspiring architects, providing them with the resources they need to pursue their dreams and make a meaningful impact in the field of architecture.

The ALES recognition event will take place during the last weekend of April in Boston, where a group of Bitarchitects DC team members will be in attendance. This event will coincide with the unveiling of the Terry Bitar Scholarship, marking a significant milestone for the firm.
