Residence 1SRA

Our client’s project stems from the need for an expansion to accommodate a growing family. Our client, a longstanding sole proprietor of a trucking business, resides in a charming house in Maryland and, due to a family expansion with her son and his growing family, sought to incorporate an addition to her existing home. Bitarchitects played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and envisioning the required addition, aiming to seamlessly integrate it into the existing architectural framework while maintaining the original feel and vision of the house.

Bitarchitects approached the project with the objective of preserving the house’s unique architectural essence while meeting the functional needs of the expanded family unit. By meticulously studying the existing design elements, they envisioned an addition that harmonized with the house’s aesthetic and spatial character. The focus was on creating a seamless extension that not only complemented the original structure but also provided a cohesive and unified living space for the extended family.

The architectural vision revolved around maintaining consistency in design language, materials, and overall ambiance to ensure a cohesive transition between the existing house and the proposed addition. Bitarchitects’ expertise and attention to detail aimed to create an integrated, functional, and aesthetically pleasing expansion that seamlessly blended with Mitzpis’ cherished home while catering to the evolving needs of the growing family.
