Sales Representative – AEC Industry

Bitarchitects is looking for an Entry-Level AEC Sales Representative to support our business development and sales efforts by identifying leads, building relationships, and assisting in converting prospects into clients.

This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented communicator who is eager to learn about the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective clients (developers, contractors, property owners, etc.)
  • Support outreach efforts via email, phone, and online platforms (LinkedIn, CRM tools)
  • Understand client needs (ex. needs support in architecture, MEP, Structural, Permitting)
  • Draft agreements
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and service overviews
  • Maintain client databases and track pipeline activity
  • Schedule discovery calls and follow-ups with leads
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs and proposals
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regional market dynamics
  • Represent the company in trade shows


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Strong research and organizational abilities
  • Interest in the architecture, engineering, or construction fields
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently in a remote setup


Location: Hybrid – Working hours are distributed between remote work, in-office presence, and site visits as needed.

Working hours: Part-time job of 4 hours/day Monday through Friday

Compensation: Fixed monthly salary + commission structure.
