DC Conversion & ADA Upgrade

This project involves converting the building’s use from Office to Assembly occupancy. This requires the remodeling of both men and women bathrooms to become ADA compliant. In addition to converting an existing storage room to a Janitor Room.

Interior Modifications

Restroom Upgrades: The men’s and women’s restrooms will undergo upgrades to be ADA-compliant. This includes remodeling all existing bathroom stalls and plumbing fixtures to accommodate the new ADA bathrooms. Part of the existing walls will be demolished to create new entrances for the restrooms.

Storage Room Conversion: An existing storage room will be converted into a Janitor Room and outfitted with a mop sink.

Floor Plan: All other elements of the existing layout are to remain unchanged. The existing Open Space, Offices, Powder Room, Wet Bar, Hallway, and Utility room largely retain their positions.
