Washington, DC – January 2026
Bitarchitects is proud to announce the successful completion of the selection process for the 10th Edition of its Architecture and Interior Design Internship Program, Spring 2026. After an intensive, multi-phase selection process, 17 exceptional interns were selected from a global pool of more than 800 applicants.
This Spring 2026 cohort highlights the continued international growth and diversity of the program, with applicants representing countries from across the globe. Countries represented include, but are not limited to, the United States, Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Pakistan, India, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Italy, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Ghana, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, and Brazil.
The journey to selection was highly competitive. Applicants progressed through a structured screening and evaluation process. Following the initial screening phase, 55 candidates were invited to the first round of interviews, which consisted of an HR interview and a technical interview. From these, 21 candidates advanced to the second round, after which 19 finalists proceeded to the competition project stage. This final phase ultimately led to the selection of the top 17 interns.
Over the coming months, the selected interns will work closely with Bitarchitects’ Washington, DC–based management team, contribute to real-world architectural and interior design projects, and gain hands-on insight into a collaborative and international professional environment.
Now in its 10th edition, the Bitarchitects Internship Program continues to serve as a cornerstone of the firm’s mission to educate, mentor, and empower emerging design talent from around the world, bridging academic knowledge with professional practice and preparing the next generation of industry leaders.
