Residence 2RPN

The project involved an extensive renovation, including the removal of an outdoor covered porch and the complete remodeling of the basement, first floor, and attic. Bitarchitects was entrusted with transforming this residential space, which required reconfiguring the existing layout and making significant structural changes to accommodate a new second floor plan.

Our approach included removing the dormer and designing a new roof structure that seamlessly integrated the former attic space into a functional second floor. This process demanded careful planning and precise execution to ensure the new layout met both the client’s vision and all regulatory requirements. The comprehensive remodeling not only modernized the home’s interior but also enhanced its overall functionality, creating a more cohesive and livable space.

Throughout the project, Bitarchitects focused on meticulous detailing and thorough documentation, ensuring all aspects of the design and construction adhered to code and exceeded expectations. This project highlights our ability to handle complex renovations, delivering tailored solutions that effectively merge client aspirations with structural and regulatory demands.
