Residence 41SS
When our client sought to improve the functionality and spatial flow of their home, Bitarchitects partnered with them to reimagine several key areas through a targeted interior renovation. The project focuses on transforming underutilized spaces to better serve the household’s evolving needs.
The existing Study Area and Closet II will be converted into two new bathrooms (Bath II and Bath III), while the current Bath II will be completely removed to make room for a new Library. This transformation requires the full demolition of Bath II’s interior walls and the rear wall of Closet III to accommodate the revised layout.
New partition walls will define the reconfigured spaces, each featuring dedicated doorways to ensure privacy and usability.
As part of the redesign, the staircase area will also be updated. The existing handrail and support column will be removed and replaced with a sleek, transparent glass wall, visually connecting the space while maintaining clear separation between circulation and private areas.
With this renovation, Bitarchitects aims to enhance daily living through strategic spatial planning, modern finishes, and improved circulation, all while maintaining the home’s cohesive architectural identity.
