Residence 6PPN
Bitarchitects successfully designed and planned a targeted renovation of the first and second floors of a residential property, including rooftop improvements. The scope involved interior reconfigurations, structural upgrades, and mechanical and electrical system enhancements, all focused on improving functionality, flow, and comfort.
On the first floor, the design replaced the existing kitchen, bathroom, dining area, laundry, and select walls with a more efficient layout featuring a new kitchen, powder room, pantry, and entry closet. Doorways and stair elements were modified for better access, and a new concrete front patio with level ground transition, entry door, and decorative façade elements was added.
The second-floor redesign included removal of closets and the master bath, replacement of the walkable floor structure, and introduction of new closets, a laundry closet, and an expanded master bath with updated doors. Safe rooftop access was created through a new door and protective handrails.
Electrical service was upgraded to 200 amps, and plumbing and mechanical systems were adjusted to support the new layout. All work complies with current codes and reflects the client’s vision for a modern, livable home.
At Bitarchitects, we are always proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering projects on time and to the highest standards, ensuring our clients’ visions are realized without compromise.
