Operations Coordinator

Bitarchitects is looking for a motivated and adaptable Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role focuses on internal operations, contractor coordination, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and eager to grow in operations and project coordination.

This is a part-time remote role (5 hours/day) that will transition to a full-time engagement upon successful completion of the probation period.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct contractor outreach and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to support ongoing projects.
  • Support the Operations and Project teams in day-to-day coordination tasks.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, proposals, contracts, and project files.
  • Manage scheduling, communication tracking, and internal follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update records using CRM and project management tools.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and reporting support.
  • Participate in internal coordination meetings and assist in ensuring workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, sales support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Working Hours

  • Part-time: 5 hours/day
  • Transition to full-time engagement after completion of the probation period.
  • Working hours aligned with US time zones
